Conversion notes

JSON → TOML

Root must be a JSON object (not array)
Nested objects become [table] sections
Arrays of objects become [[array of tables]]
Primitive arrays stay as inline values
null becomes empty string (TOML has no null)

TOML → JSON

Tables and array of tables fully supported
Inline tables and arrays parsed correctly
Numbers, booleans, strings all typed correctly
Datetime values become strings in JSON
Comments are ignored
